ZAO PKF RusAgroGrupp produces pasteurized liquid egg products under the brand GROVO® since 2007. Our factory is equipped with Italian high-end equipment AVITEC. Is located in an ecologically clean area of Nizhniy Novgorod region. The company is one of the best in Russia in the field of ajaperioodi. RusAgroGrupp is the only manufacturer, which produces products of the «excellent egg». For several years under the brand GROVO® pasteurized liquid white out, the yolk and egg (egg melange).

Production technology

The company RusAgroGrupp carefully analyzed the technological features of the production of pasteurized egg products in European countries. Supplier was selected the company «AVITEK». Unique equipment with latest technology were introduced at our plant in the Bogorodsk district. Together with Italian specialists was carried out not only installation, but also the detailed process of training of employees. Studied features of the production of pasteurized egg products and sustained preservation of quality.

Area of our production is 2 050 sq. m, designed capacity of production is 20 tons per day.

Features of products GROVO®

Pasteurized liquid egg products are natural chicken eggs and in composition and taste. At the same time, they are much superior to eggs in the shell in terms of storage and transport capabilities without a loss. Unlike dry foods, they retain all the organoleptic, physico-chemical and functional properties (foaming and emulsifying capacity) of in-shell eggs. Thanks to a convenient package of them just to dose and store. And, perhaps most importantly — they do not contain pathogenic bacteria.

  • Pasteurized liquid egg melange GROVO® — a mixture of protein and egg yolks in natural proportion. Each kilogram of liquid pasteurized egg contains 22-24 eggs without impurities, shells and films. It is great for bakery and pastry, confectionery, mayonnaise and various sauces, sausage products. Mass fraction of dry substances not less than 25% fat not less than 10% of proteins not less than 10%.
  • Pasteurized liquid egg whites GROVO®— natural egg protein with a natural taste and smell without the shell, film, and impurities. Each kilogram of liquid pasteurized protein contains 35-37 protein chicken eggs. Perfectly suited for the production of cakes, meringue, marshmallow, fish and meat products. Mass fraction of dry substance of at least 11.8%, fat 0%, protein substances, not less than 11%.
  • Pasteurized liquid egg yolk GROVO® — natural egg yolk with a natural taste and smell without the shell, film, and impurities. Each kilogram of liquid pasteurized egg contains 55-56 yolks of chicken eggs. Used in bakery and confectionery industry, the creation of sauces and mayonnaise. Pasteurized egg yolk is a great component for ice cream! Mass fraction of dry substances not less than 46%, fat not less than 27%, protein substances, at least 15%.
